Through this HUB, families with young children in Louisiana have greater access to coordinated support, services, and education at the times their children most need them.

HUB Services

  • We CONNECT families to other community services such as: Doula/Midwife and breastfeeding, Primary care pediatrician, Speech Occupation of Physical Therapy, behavioral and mental health, Autism Support, Utility Assistance, Food Security, Family planning, Job Training, Adult Education, and Substance Abuse Treatment.

  • We can assist with housing, Child care and Education, SNAP, Medicare, Early Steps, WIC, and Housing

FAQ

  • The We CONNECT HUB is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with early closing at 2:00 PM on Thursdays.

  • You can make an appointment by calling or email. Please contact We CONNECT staff at 504-901-0606 or email at weconnect@mytraininggounds.org. If you send an email a staff member will respond within 48 hours.

  • Our membership is completely free! You just need to fill out the form on this page, and we will be able to help you. You do not need to attend the We PLAY Center prior to getting help.

  • Yes, you can! Our appointments can be in person, online or even by phone. Just make sure to connect with one of our Case Managers.

  • For now, the We CONNECT HUB can help people from the state of Louisiana located in the following parishes:

    • Orleans
    • Jefferson
    • St. Bernard
    • St. Charles
