TrainingGrounds is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant who will be a new role for the organization. We are seeking a passionate, highly organized individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. This person will support the Executive Director and other senior‐level directors, playing a key role in ensuring the organization’s daily operations run smoothly. We are looking for someone who not only aligns deeply with TrainingGrounds’ mission but who also has a strong desire to ensure the organization functions effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate is energized by being an integral part of a growing nonprofit and is excited to help TrainingGrounds continue evolving into a community hub for all things birth to five.

TrainingGrounds is seeking a Family Navigator who will play a pivotal role in supporting families through the We CONNECT Family Resource HUB. The Family Navigator provides case management services to families to ensure their social, emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and physical health needs are met and provides educational and parent support through programmatic offerings (Autism, Nurturing, Parent Learning Opportunities). This position is responsible for building working relationships with parents and caregivers and assisting them with accessing community resources. In addition, this position will work closely with We PLAY Center staff to identify families who can benefit from additional support and services and empower them to become advocates for their children and access community resources.

TrainingGrounds is seeking a social media and marketing intern who will assist with creating engaging content while managing social media interactions to increase involvement and awareness of our programs. This position is 10-15 hours per week and can be done remotely.

TrainingGrounds is seeking a Photography Intern to assist in executing the digital marketing and communications strategy of the organization to increase attendance to and engagement in onsite programming. Interns will provide photographic coverage for all programs to provide digital content for social media and informational posts as well as creation of a digital storyboard.

TrainingGrounds is seeking a part-time fundraising and events intern who will be responsible for assisting the organization in fundraising activities, special events, social media and marketing strategies. This position is 10-15 hours per week.
