Guidance for moms in their 3rd trimester or with an infant under 4 months.

2 Sessions available by appointment via Zoom (for expecting parents) or in-person for parents with new infants.

Help, Guidance and Understanding

Based on child development, lactation and pediatric literature, HUG Your Baby’s resources help parents understand a baby’s body language in order to prevent and solve problems around eating, sleeping, crying, and parent-child interaction and to promote breastfeeding duration.

  • Yes! You will feel more confident in being able to calm and soothe your baby.

  • Yes! We encourage all family members who will care for the infant to join the class.

  • Yes! This class is actually created for women who are expecting, but can also be very beneficial for moms already in the fourth trimester.

  • Yes, you can! We recommend taking them before birth and re-enroll once your baby is born.

  • It consists of 2 sessions, about an hour long each.

  • HUG Your Baby is a space to talk about your newborn, and each child is unique. Additionally, it can be an opportunity to understand infant behavior from a different perspective.
