Kysha Brown, CFRE

Kysha Brown, CFRE, is Director of Development and Engagement at TrainingGrounds, where she builds partnerships with the donors, funders, philanthropic advisors, and policymakers who champion Louisiana's youngest children. Their support makes it possible to offer parents and caregivers learning through play, coaching, and family resources at no cost, along with professional development for early childhood educators.

In addition to more than a decade of consulting with nonprofit organizations, she served as the first regional director of the Louisiana Association of Nonprofits Organizations (now Louisiana Alliance of Nonprofits), which represented more than 300 member nonprofits. As founding executive director of a community development organization, she led a post-Katrina collective impactive strategy of more than 30 nonprofits alongside city departments and a collaborative of 26 foundations.

Kysha has made New Orleans home for more than 35 years and is an ICF-credentialed executive coach with more than 15 years of experience. She believes every family deserves a village in the first five years, and that the people who invest in that village deserve partners who listen as carefully as they ask.
